Wipro buys Infocrossing

In what could be the largest overseas takeover by an Indian IT company, Wipro Technologies, country’s third largest IT company, has acquired Infocrossing Inc, a US-based provider of IT infrastructure management, enterprise application and business process outsourcing services, for $600 million (around Rs 2,425 crore).
