Google buys yet another company
Google has acquired ImageAmerica, a Clayton, Missouri company that builds high-resolution cameras for the collection of aerial imagery, for an undisclosed amount. Google has already used ImageAmerica for its maps and Google Earth, pulling in high resolution black and white imagery of New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.
